Shipment processing time

We typically process all orders within 2-3 business days. However, during periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays in shipment. Please anticipate additional transit time for delivery. Should there be a notable delay in shipping your order, we'll promptly notify you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You'll get a Shipment Confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched, including your tracking number(s). Your tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

Please note that zamzamecom.com is not liable for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event that a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or if it's marked as 'return to sender,' we will refund the product cost and retain the shipping charges. We offer one free resend if the package is returned to us initially. However, if it's returned to us a second time, the shipping fee will be retained. For a third attempt, an invoice will be issued for the shipping charges. (This policy applies to both international and domestic orders).

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, kindly take a photo and promptly email it to us at support@zamzamecom.com. We will initiate a replacement for damaged items within 24 hours of the status showing as 'Delivered'.
